Teen Summer Reading
Read your way to fantastic prizes including coupons for free food, discounts on Brewer’s tickets, gift cards, and more.  Sign-up begins May 31!

Movie Talkers Book Group
Read the book, watch the movie and then talk about them!  Share your opinion on how the movie compares to the book when we talk these throughout the summer:

June 15: The Guardians of Ga’hool by Kathryn Lasky
June 22: Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules by Jeff Kinney
July 13: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling (watch part 1 of the movie before part 2 is released on July 15!)
July 27: Soul Surfer by Bethany Hamilton.

Movies start at 6 p.m. with discussion to follow.

Tie Dye
Our popular Tie Dye event is back!  We provide the rubber bands and dye, you supply the white 100% cotton item.  Join us June 23 from 2:30-4 p.m.

International Folk Fair
We’re celebrating diversity with a folk fair featuring Nepali Dancers, henna tattoos, bilingual storytimes, Chinese calligraphy, treats, origami and more.  June 29 from 6-8 p.m.

Mario Kart Tournament & Board Game Fun
Race on the Wii or unplug with a board game on July 14 from 2-4 p.m.

Summer Celebration
Free ice cream, live music, games for the little kids, and more at the library’s annual Summer Celebration on July 20 from 6-8 p.m.
